Use Heavy Duty with neuma 4 only if you are having trouble stabilizing Regular springs. Heavy Duty is primarily for use with cartridges with very light spring tension, and regular springs for everything else.

WARNING: Using Heavy Duty Springs with cartridges with strong spring tension can overload the motor and reduce its lifespan! Use only if necessary.(N4)
